Setting up your account in Customer Assistant is easy! If you need help setting up your account, please read the short instructions below:
Once you have read the steps on this page, just click on the link below to begin setting up your new Customer Assistant account:

1. Get your Account Number.
 You will need to setup your account associated with your LawnAmerica account number in order to have access to the history and services that involve your lawn. (if you have more than one account, you will need to setup different logins for each account.)
You can find your account number on the remittance portion of a monthly statement or invoice that we leave every time we treat your lawn. If you do not have an invoice handy, please call the office at 249-5296 and anyone that answers can tell you what your account number is.
2. Click to Register an Account
In the Customer Assistant window, click "New Users - Click Here to Register!"
3. Setup Your Account
Just fill out each blank as it applies to you, and be sure to create a secure password that is easy to remember but not too easy for others to figure out what it could be if they were to obtain your basic personal information.
4. You are Finished!
Once you are in your account, you can navigate through the site to view your payment history, make payments, view scheduled services, or get in contact with us.
