Duties:
Provide service to our customers through application of fertilizers and pesticides to residential and commercial properties. Immediate work will consist of helping with our Christmas Décor business this fall.

Promotion Opportunities:
Could lead to Route Manager position with experience and good work, with annual salary potential of well over $37,000 up to $44,000/year.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting base salary minimum of $380/week
- After 1 month, 5% production commission, which ranges from $100 to $300 per week additional salary (about $2-$5/hour), plus base increase.
- After 2 months, term life insurance paid, employee health insurance paid, Dental insurance paid.
- 401-K retirement plan available after 3 months.
