Moles are increasingly becoming a problem in many lawns. Trapping has always been the best method of control, but few have the time or patience to do this. Killing grubworms, which is a major food source for moles, has often been used. By taking away their food source, the moles may go elsewhere looking for food. However, moles also eat earthworms, and just moving them from one lawn to the next really does little good for anyone.
The solution is to kill the moles, and decrease their population levels. That’s where Talpirid, a new mole-control bait, can provide the answer to the problem. Talpirid baits mimic an earthworm, a major food source of moles. By strategically placing them into the active tunnels, we can control moles by eliminating the problem.
You have two options:
- For $42.00, we can come out and place 5 worms into your active tunnels. In some cases, if it is just one mole for example, this may solve your problem. In many cases however, you will have many moles, and even if we can eliminate the moles, others can come into your lawn later searching for food.
