Who Are We?
LawnAmerica is your locally-owned and operated lawncare company. We’re making YOUR neighborhood more beautiful, one lawn at a time.
At LawnAmerica, we don’t believe in telemarketing, so we’ll never call you unsolicited to get your business. We choose to grow our business slowly by providing great service, outstanding results, keeping our customers happy, and gaining referrals from them. In fact, our Mission Statement is: “To please our customers so much that they’ll tell others about LawnAmerica.”
Although our Core Values are mainly meant to be a guide and template for our internal operations, I think it may give you some more insight as to what LawnAmerica is all about.
Our Mission:
To please our customers so much that they'll tell others about LawnAmerica!
Our Core Values:
Honor God Through our Work
We operate LawnAmerica based upon Biblical principles, acting as a
steward with all that God has entrusted to us.
Respect and Value others
We value our fellow team members, and treat them with respect. Employees are given every opportunity to succeed and grow professionally. We strive for the triple-win: pleasing customers, employees, and the company as a whole. We work together as a team in order to succeed.
Customer Focused
Without satisfied customers, we have no business. Customer loyalty is fragile, fleeting, and circumstantial. Once we obtain a customer, we do all we can to satisfy that customer and keep them as a customer year to year.
Excellent Service
We are in the service business. As we continue to provide excellent service, we will thrive and prosper. Giving excellent service provides long-term benefits.
Managing Moments of Truth
When a customer comes into contact with any aspect of LawnAmerica, however remote, and thereby has an opportunity to form an impression, it must be a good impression.
Profitability
Profits are important for the growth and health of our business. They are a scorecard of how we have performed. Profits allow us to do good things for our employees and our community.
Work Hard and Smart
There is no substitute for good, smart, hard work for the achievement of our goals.
